Beta Program
The Bouncie Beta Program allows you to test the stability of new production builds. By downloading the Beta app, you’ll be accepting the terms of the Bouncie Beta Program.
Terms of ServiceOnce you download the Beta app, you'll log in to the app just like the production app. Beta testers are treated no differently than anyone else in Bouncie — you’ll simply have early access to app updates and improvements.
As part of the Beta program, there are a few ground rules to lay out about the program.
- By participating in this program, you'll get access to early versions of the Bouncie Beta application on mobile devices that may or may not have bugs or defects.
- We may show you confidential, yet to be released products or features and you must be willing to keep those secret.
- You'll be volunteering to help out Bouncie and will not be paid.
- You can stop participating in the program at any time and Bouncie may stop operating the program or cancel your participation in the program at any time.

We use TestFlight to publish our beta therefore it must be downloaded before trying to join our beta program. Download the TestFlight app here.
Once you have TestFlight installed, join our beta here!
Android App
To join our beta, please join our Google Group. Sign in using your Google login and select 'Join Group' (you may need to refresh your browser to access the group.)

When using the beta app, shake your phone to provide feedback or report a bug. All submissions are forwarded to the team, and we do our best to fix any issues. The more details you can provide, the higher the chance we can reproduce and fix the problem. Occasionally, we may ask for additional information; however, we will not reply to individual submissions.
My beta version is having issues, how do I get a stable one?
In some cases, you may run into issues with the beta version. If you do, please let us know what the problem is by reporting an issue.
iOS
In TestFlight, select Bouncie, then click 'Previous Builds.' Here you can select and install an earlier beta version of Bouncie.
Android
Unfortunately, there is no way to temporarily install another beta version of the app. If the app is not usable to you, you can temporarily leave the beta program. Of course, we will do all we can to fix any critical issues as soon as possible.
How do I stop being a Beta tester?
iOS
In the TestFlight app, simply select Bouncie and click 'Stop Testing.' This will immediately remove you from the Beta program.
Android
Go to the same link as when you accepted becoming a tester.
Now, select 'Leave Program', instead.
Then, uninstall the Beta version of the app and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store. As with joining, it may take a while for the changes to be reflected in the app store.
